Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:**
To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain a smooth scheduling process, I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
For repeat last-minute cancellations, a deposit may be required for future bookings.
**No-Show Policy:**
No-shows are disruptive and can not be tolerated. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, any deposit paid will be forfeited, and you will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost. This policy is non-negotiable.
